The Northwestern University Summit On Sustainability (NUSOS) is a
conference that calls on students, community members, and sustainability
leaders to think critically about their work while building a community
to advance social justice and sustainability.
Since 2005, Engineers for a Sustainable World (ESW) at Northwestern
University has organized an annual sustainability conference (formerly
known as Energy Day). The event has now been renamed to the Northwestern University Summit on Sustainability to reflect the broader scope of issues covered at the conference beyond energy.
