April 25th Potluck: Can Meat be Truly Sustainable?

Our April 25th will feature a panel of experts from across the supply chain of meat.  From farm to distributor.  Is it possible to sustainably raise meat and procure it without costing valuable land and water resources? What are the current costs?  Where do you buy sustainable meat?  Why is sustainably raised meat hard to find?  Does it even taste better than conventionally raised meat?

  1. Steve is a busy sales-professional who could be called a "road warrior." He is constantly traveling to meet with clients. Because of his hectic travel schedule, he has a hard time maintaining a healthy lifestyle. His meals mostly consist of unhealthy dinner meetings with clients and fast food on the go.
