Retail Grocers: Margin versus Sustainability

Often what lies between you and your dinner is a trip to the grocery store. This month a panel of grocery store owners and representatives will share with us how they strive to maintain profit margins while incorporating sustainability. Learn where and how these local grocery stores source the foods that they sell, how they are impacting our local communities, and what other factors go into running a sustainable grocery store.

*If you would like to bring something other than requested please feel free. Also, if you are unable to bring a dish, please still attend the event.

Parking and Transit:
When is comes to parking at Chambers Hall (600 Foster St.) it is free after 4:00 PM in the lot adjacent to the building. The closest train stop is Foster on the purple line.
